I have been fascinated with weather all of my life. I remember in 9th grade Earth Science, I did an extra credit
project by tracking a hurricane on a hurricane tracking chart. It was disappointing that the weather curriculum went
so quickly.
Meteorology is an exciting and challenging field to study. Let me spend a day in the classroom and give a fun lesson
on weather. How do Meterologists make a forecast? What tools do they use to study the weather? How do I pursue a career
in Meteorology and what can I do now to get involved? These are topics I can cover and hopefully spread the excitement
of weather to students.
